Wildflower is a Cape Town-based music and entertainment agency established and run by musician, band manager, and graphic designer Sharyn Seidel-Kometz. Sharyn started her career in the ’80s with the jazz, blues, and swing cabaret Junk n Jive before moving into rock, pop, and tribute shows, and has performed and recorded extensively in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and the United States

The Wildflower Music and Entertainment mission is to provide the perfect music or acts for venues, corporate events, conferences, and festivals. When the client and the entertainment are a good fit there is sure to be a successful event!

Wildflower has a wonderful collection of cover and original artists, ranging from solo acts to full bands, providing any kind of music your function, event or restaurant requires. We have folk acoustic, swing, rock and pop, blues and jazz, afro rock, marimba bands, and even tribute shows. Wildflower also has a selection of some of the best comedians, MCs, and DJs to take your event that extra mile.

In addition to your musical needs, we can offer our Jewish clients all the necessary entertainment for their Simchas from Chupah to the Horas, to bensching, and more.

As an agency, our goal is to find the right fit for your needs and our range of artists represented ensures that, but if you want a specific band that is not represented by Wildflower, we are happy to source on your behalf or put you in touch with the correct people where possible.
