Both Sean & Lisa are seasoned musicians and have spent many years honing their skills as entertainers. Lisa has an incredible tone and range to her voice and is able to sing almost any style of music. Sean is a sensational drummer having applied his trade for over 25 years both locally and internationally.
This dynamic duo has been interviewed on many radio stations including KFM, One FM, Knysna FM, as well as East Coast Radio and has performed Live on DSTV’s CTV My City Arts & Culture Program to mention just a few.

AbFab have 650+ party hits ranging from 1960’s classics to 2023 Pop / Dance tracks and everything in-between, making them the perfect ‘party band’ for any occasion including New Years eve festivities, birthday parties, special occasions, weddings and corporate functions.

The band is a fulltime entity and they perform regularly at venues across Cape Town averaging 4-6 nights per week. In our almost 11 years together we have performed just over 2200 gigs together. We average about 200+ gigs per year and love every gig like it’s our first.
